Statistics

Authors are able to register and submit manuscript to the journal directly through the journal's web site. The Author is asked to upload the manuscript, accept copyright statement as well as to provide keywords.
The Author is also able to accompany a
manuscript with Supplementary Files in the form of data sets, research
instruments, or source texts that will enrich the item, as well as contribute to
more open and robust forms of research and scholarship. Supplementary files are
publishable if editors want to do so.
The Author are able to track the submission
through the editorial
process (awaiting assignment, in peer review, submission accepted, copyediting,
awaiting proofreading etc.) as well as participate in the proofreading of
submissions accepted for publication - by logging in, and using the username and
password provided.
Two models for managing the review process are available.
1. Standard Online review process
The Standard Review Process is recommended because it steps reviewers
through the process, ensures a complete review history for each submission, and
takes advantage of automatic reminder notification, and standard recommendations
for submissions (Accept; Accept with revisions; Submit for review; Submit
elsewhere; Decline; See comments).
2. Email attachment review process
Editors send Reviewers the request to review with the submission attached to
the email. Reviewers email editors their assent (or regrets), as well as the
review and recommendation.
A number of review options are configurable: including how long reviewers have to complete their review, when to send reminders to reviewers, use a rating system for reviewers (visible only to the editors), and setting up one-click access for reviewers.
One-click access allows editors to send reviewers an email message with a secured URL, taking them directly into the review page, without the need to create an account or login. This option was created to reduce any technical barriers to reviewer participation.

Personalized review forms can be made for a specific
journal section, and editors can choose a review form when assigning
the review.
The Editor oversees entire editorial and publishing process. The Editor, working with the Journal Manager, typically establishes the policies and procedures for the journal.

In the Editorial Process, the Editor assigns submissions to the Section Editors to see through Submission Review and Submission Editing, while, keeping an eye on the submission's progress and assisting with any difficulties in the process.
Editors assign peer reviewers, monitor their progress rate the performance of the reviewrs. The Editor can also play the role of Section Editor in the Editing process, seeing accepted submissions through copyediting, layout, and proofreading.
The Editor also schedules submissions for
publication, arranges the Table of Contents and publishes the issue, as part of
the Publishing Process.
With no formal training required editor can create an issue with just one click of a button with enriched e features like Reading tools.
Reading Tools:
Reading Tools are intended to assist both expert and novice readers of the
journal in building a context for interpreting, evaluating and utilizing the
research they are reading.
The Tools provide Readers with access to the
item's indexing information, print version, and author biographical statement.
The
Tools enable Readers to email the author or another Reader, or to comment on the
article. All of these features can create a much more interact reading
environment.
E Journal system facilitates work flow communication through the use of
fully customizable internal email messages.
